It is a very busy surgery so it is not always possible to get an immediate appointment with ones own GP. However, there is always someone available to see you and I find it isn't always necessary to see the GP. Staff are always very helpful and we like the computerised systems and the availability of on-site services like phlebotomy.

Dr J Raphael is a first class doctor would highly recommend him. The only thing with the surgery could make calling them better.

following two accidents, the doctor carefully checked both of my legs for damage. It was very comforting to know that no serious damage had resulted from the accidents to me.

It is impossible to get through on the phone at times, so I often don't bother and drive to the surgery to book in person. The receptionists vet issues and it's difficult to get a routine appt unless you are prepared to wait for several days. I have never had an appt where the doctor is on time which is probably due to work load. The surgery should have a smaller catchment as other surgeries in Horsham do.
